We Got Osama. Now What?

We Got Osama. Now What?

Last September, the Obama-Holder Justice Department threw hissyfits over Pastor Terry Jones’ planned “Burn a Koran Day,” contending it would be inflammatory and would inflame Muslim passions–puns intended–and put our Mideast troops and our nation at risk, as if our troops and nation were not already in peril.

Federal storm troopers were dispatched to Jones’ miniscule Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida to dissuade him from commemorating the ninth anniversary of 9/11 with a Koranic bonfire and he backed down. He backed right back up in March when he torched a copy of the Islamic “holy book” in front of a Dove crowd of 30 and thereby did indeed ignite an Afghani firestorm.

As noted in a previous article in this space, Kandaharian Muslims waited until after Friday prayers to demonstrate their displeasure with Pastor Jones since prayer always supersedes mayhem then ”murdered ten, wounded eighty-three, and beheaded two U.N. staffers all to make some points: Korans shouldn’t be burned, they hate America, they love the Taliban, and they can riot, kill, and be-head all they want because, well, just because. To emphasize their fury, they burned a school for Muslim girls since, of course, they couldn’t burn a boys’ school.”

Muslim mission accomplished although the nature of the mission is still unclear.

The question as of May 1, 2011 is, Whatever will they do to protest the killing of the Taliban’s philosophical leader and inspiration, the mass murdering, wealthy Saudi founder of al-Qaeda and instigator of 9/11, Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden (Arabic: أسامة بن محمد بن عوض بن لادن‎)? . . .
