Bullying Is Sometimes Okay

Since it is a newly-created offense against humanity, ”bullying” is difficult to define although usually interpreted as any persistent physical, verbal, or emotional intimidation committed by a person or group against a target perceived to be weaker and more vulnerable.




Like another politically-correct invention, “hate crime,” bullying only applies to selected victims.



Legally, your boss can bully you all he wants since he’s your boss and parents can bully their kids to their hearts’ content since most often they are disciplining them.



Of course, if you happen to be a minority of any stripe–racial, religious, or sexual–you can always allege unwarranted bullying and sue for damages. So, too, can a designated majority, women, claim unfair intimidation. Usually.



Should you not fit comfortably in any of those protected categories, you’re pretty much SOL.



Tanya Dixon-Neely, a black teacher at North Carolina’s North Rowan High School, discovered there are limits to her freedom to bully her white students.



The limitations became apparent after 17 year old Hunter Rogers went public with a video of Ms. Dixon-Neely’s classroom rant in defense of Barack Hussein Obama and her attempt to stifle Rogers’ opinions on Mitt Romney.



Evidently, ignorant of epithets hurled at George W. Bush for eight years and the truth about Obama, her groundless threats that Rogers could be arrested for speaking ill of the president, (“Do you realize that people were arrested for saying things bad about Bush?”), were absolute lies as was her denial that her hero bullied a little girl in Hawaii who had darker skin than he had.

Certain governmental bullying is acceptable, however.



For example, when America’s Attorney General intimidated University of Arkansas at Fort Smith into permiting a transgendered, 38 year old anatomical male to use female potty facilities, it was just fine.



Objections from the young ladies at UAFS went for naught as did the university’s reasonable alternative of allowing “Jennifer” Braly to use “gender neutral” bathrooms after Braly complained to Eric Holder’s Justice Department.



As Braly said, “I am frustrated and highly depressed about all of these unfair restrictions. I live as a woman full time and have been for a year and a half now. I have natural breast development bigger than some normal girls from the hormone treatment. The only thing restricting me is what’s between my legs. Everyone is so concerned with what’s between my legs. I am just as much woman as anyone else.” (http://thedc.com/MJdJWW)



We certainly wouldn’t want Ms/Mister Braly to feel uncomfortable. Personally, I haven’t seen what’s between Braly’s legs nor do I care to but his reference to “normal girls” says a great deal about his normality.



Our DoJ clearly bullied UAFS and the school’s co-eds all in the name of PC. Hopefully, after those co-eds have a sit down next to “Jennifer” Braly’s legs, they . . .

Anyone who has ever been a member of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, a Scout leader, or active supporter of the GSUSA knows the organization has always been one of the finest in the country and the preeminent group advocating for American girls and young women.

Until recently.

Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2012, the GSUSA boasts a membership of over 2.3 million girls aged 10 to 17. They used to recite the Girl Scout Promise: “On my honor, I will try: To serve God and my country, To help people at all times, And to live by the Girl Scout Law.”

Their Promise is similar to the Boy Scout Oath, except in regard to the reference to God which the GSUSA made optional in 1993. That decision followed one two years earlier to adopt a “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy on sexual orientation. The earlier change was ostensibly made because the organization didn’t want “to intrude on personal matters”; God was dropped because a few people complained.

Both alterations of basic principles were made despite the fact virtually everything in the Girl Scout Law is “personal” and they were made in the interests of demonstrating the GSUSA adheres to the popular fascinations with diversity and inclusiveness.

Those fascinations represented the beginnings of Girl Scout political correctness and may have sounded the death knells of a once proud and honorable institution. The delayed ramifications of the GSUSA going PC were reflected in last month’s dissolution of troops and the recent exposé of Girl Scout attempts at political indoctrination.

As reported by the ChristianPost.com, and by few if any other media, “Three Girl Scout troops at a Christian school in Louisiana have disbanded in protest of a policy of inclusion for transgenders,” more precisely, accepting a biological boy into the Girl Scouts.

Regardless of one’s opinion of Sarah and Bill Tyler, parents of 8 year old Dana/Danann Tyler who indulged their son’s sexual identity confusion by allowing him to dress as a little girl, sent him to school lugging a princess lunch box, and bought him high-heeled slippers, we should all be able to empathize with the Louisiana parents.

Dana/Danann Tyler doesn’t seem to be the subject of the controversy in Lousiana–at last report, the Tylers lived in Southern California–and Christian Post doesn’t give the Louisiana boy’s name. Still, the situations are similar. Dana/Danann’s nationally-televised story was examined here in “Smile! It’s Transgender Awareness Week!”

The push for transgendered boys joining the Girl Scouts isn’t confined to either California or Louisiania. A Colorado mother also tested the GSUSA inclusion policy, was rejected by her local troop, called a press conference, then was heard from no more.

The Louisiana moms/scout leaders didn’t exactly give up, however.

They resigned their posts, disbanded their troops, and are considering re-alignment with an alternative group, American Heritage Girls, which is “dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country,” commitments now suspect in the GSUSA.

Fifteen year old Sydney Volanski is also commited. She’s committed to outing the GSUSA as a front for the Democrat Party and the progressive movement to undermine Girl Scouts’ integrity and non-partisan, apolitical tradition.

The amazingly-articulate teenager made an appearance on FNC’s “Fox and Friends” Thursday morning and revealed the heretofore unknown and un-publicized GSUSA campaign to seduce scouts into believing all the liberal media claptrap. . .

No one really knows who first said, “Those whom the gods wish to destroy they first make mad” but, if there’s any validity to the sentiment, there are clear signs of madness in society today. One proof is this week, “Transgender Awareness Week.”

For a change I’m not referring to the Occupy Wall Street loonies or sex-addled Penn State coaches or Nancy Pelosi but to people who decide they don’t like their penises or vaginas and either have their male members lopped off or female parts supplemented with male organs.

They’re called “transgenders.” They can also be called disturbed. When their enablers are parents of young children, they should be prosecuted for child abuse as surely as PSU’s Jerry Sandusky.

Transgendering seems to be all the rage in some, fortunately limited, quarters but perhaps the worst feature of the anomaly is the support and encouragement granted them by the mainstream media and Democrat politicians.

Forty-two year old Chaz, (formerly Chastity), Bono is only the most recent instance of MSM lionizing transgenders. However, Chaz/Chastity was an adult when he transformed himself from female to male and even if he can’t dance very well he was entitled to enjoy his self-mutilation to his heart’s content.

Sarah and Bill Tyler were adults as well though they didn’t act that way when they succumbed to the pressures exerted on them by their four year old, Danaan, born Dana.

When he was all of two, Dana began insisting he wasn’t really a boy, by four he was denouncing God for burdening him with a penis and threatened to cut it off. By six, he talked about hanging himself and told his parents, ”I don’t think God is so great because God made a mistake when he made me.”

Little Dana claimed he was being bullied at school, although his parents sending him to school lugging a princess backpack and lunchbox may have been a factor in that teasing. When he insisted on wearing high-heeled slippers, they bought him high-heeled slippers.

Isn’t that what all parents do, give their children everything they demand?

To the Tylers’ rescue came none other than the biggest flamer on cable television “news,” Anderson Cooper, famously known for his lasciviously-gay remark denigrating the Tea Party movement and relating it to his own homosexual practice of “teabagging.”

Well, Cooper isn’t exactly known for that comment since CNN accepted his apology and rewarded him with his own show.

In any event, Cooper featured the Tylers on his newest show in a special edition titled, “Children & Teens Caught in the Wrong Bodies,” a subject to which Cooper could probably relate.

Diagnosed with “gender identity disorder,” a disturbance newly-concocted to explain situations shrinks can’t explain, Danann is now living her life as a girl and her mother feels, “I have a little girl that needs to be a little girl.”

It’s good that everyone’s happy. Let’s see what they think ten or twenty years from now when the Tyler’s spoiled, indulged child confronts the real world and discovers she can’t always get her own way, or that being a boy wasn’t all that bad.

In view of the facts the Tylers were distraught and confused, consulted their homosexual friends, and hailed from Orange County, California, they can almost be forgiven for permitting a very young child dictate decisions that will affect the rest of her life.

Less forgivable are the actions of Massachusetts Democrats who rammed a bill through that state’s legislature which will affect every school, workplace, accommodation, and institution in the Bay State. . .

. . . How the ACLU construes the Ten Commandments as endorsements of any particular faith is a mystery. How it fails to find any “secular purpose” in warning kids not to murder one another, etc. is even more mysterious. That’s just what the ACLU does.

Baltimore’s Teonna Brown can readily be dismissed as a hateful twit. The ACLU seems unaware that when a country rejects the moral foundations on which it was founded, it ceases to be a moral nation.

Pssst, would you be interested in buying an 11 year old’s virginity? No? How about getting chummy with a pedophile priest or sending your child to a school where he or she learns there are more than two genders? After all, raping young virgins, pedophilia, and gender confusion are just variations on a sick theme.

An unidentified Salt Lake City woman was charged with attempting to peddle her 11 year old daughter’s virginity for what’s apparently the going price in Utah of $10,000, quite a bit over what Afghani Muslim moms get for their daughters but still a bargain, as well as a bonus for the puchaser who only wanted the Salt Lake mom to provide her child for oral sex purposes.

He may have gotten that idea after the mom had the girl model lingerie for him.

The mother has been charged with two counts of aggravated sex abuse and two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after her boyfriend ratted her out. The girl is, hopefully, in protective custody. The frustrated john is still on the loose and on the prowl. (http://huff.to/jHejfo)

In an April 23rd article, “Black on White Crime on Video,” http://bit.ly/dFbPRB, I related last Friday’s story of a horrific beating inflicted on a defenseless, white victim by a pair of black girls at a Rosedale, Maryland McDonalds. The context of the article was the near-epidemic incidence of blacks in America assaulting white people.

I was called to task for referring to the victim as a female although I had pointed out that, “In later, unconfirmed reports, the victim was said to be a transgendered male/female which, if anything, would get the MSM on the case. Equality Maryland, a transgender advocacy group, said the victim is a transgender and called for an investigation into the case as a hate crime.”

One critic, “Thad Tidestalker,” who evidently didn’t carefully read the re-posted piece on HuffingtonPost.com, wrote, “Um….they were beating the woman up because she is a transgende­r, not because she was white. Apples and oranges. Try again.”

There’s no need to try again since the central thesis of the article is still valid, although I would admit that apples are different fruits from oranges. Indeed, the white victim was a transgendered male, now female, and he/she has now spoken out against his/her attackers and has called the assault a hate crime.

Chrissy Lee, (formerly Christopher Lee), Polis says he/she entered the fast food restaurant to use the bathroom, presumably the ladies’ room, and on leaving was accosted by one of the black girls who spit in his/her face, accused Polis of trying to talk to “her man,” and then the pummeling began with no effort by laughing, black McDonalds’ employees to intervene.

Polis says, “I knew they were taping me; I told the guy to stop. They all just sat there and watched.” The video of the attack, filmed by a McDonalds’ employee . . .

They rarely make the front pages nor the lead story on the evening television news, if they are mentioned in most newspapers papers or on TV at all. However, the absence of publicity serves only to illustrate the mass media’s reluctance to report on black on white crime and not to mitigate the frequency and the violence of such racist crimes.

Whether motivated by the prevailing aura of political correctness or by some other sinister motives, that MSM failure doesn’t alter the truth that incidents of blacks assaulting, maiming, killing whites in America is approaching epidemic proportions. Of late, fast food restaurants seem to be the preferred venues for the attacks.

The latest example occurred at a McDonalds in Rosedale, a suburb of Baltimore on April 18th. A video of the extended assault, filmed by a black employee who posted it on YouTube Friday, is unsettling for various reasons. Not only is the defenseless, 22 year old, white victim seen being mercilessly pummeled by two black females, ages 14 and 18, but black McDonalds employees pass by and do little to stop the wild attack or to offer assistance.

With screeches emanating from her assailants, the white girl is repeatedly punched and kicked in the head by the black girls, then dragged by the hair toward the front door and the parking lot until they are told the police had been called and an older white woman intercedes.

At that point, they get in a few last minute kicks and leave the white girl writhing on the floor apparently suffering from a seizure. The videographer is heard saying, “She’s bleeding, yo. Her mouth bleeding, her mouth bleeding! She’s having a [expletive] seizure, yo! She’s having a seizure right now, she needs help right now! Ya’al better get the [expletive] out of here now!”

Anyone up in Boston this week might be puzzled by a rainbow flag flying next to the American and Massachusetts state flags. It has nothing to do with Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow Coalition but is rather the banner of the homosexual movement and this being Gay Pride Week as declared by the gays and Boston Mayor Tom Manino it will be fluttering in Boston breezes through Sunday, June 13th.

As homosexuals continue to make noises and get publicity, Boston’s Gay Pride Week has been extended to 10 days since there’s so much to do, so many rallies and parades to have, so much information to disseminate, so many young recruits to seduce.

Two stories of markedly divergent import:

“How sharper than a serpent’s tooth . . . :” The U.K., the United Kingdom, aka Britain, aka England, aka the British Isles, that multi-named little island across the Pond, is getting uppity now that the threat from the former U.S.S.R. has dissipated and it no longer feels it could be annihilated overnight.

Rescued by the United States from almost certain defeat in World War I and World War II and from the threat of the Russian Bear a generation ago, the Brits since then have grown more and more forgetful of their incalculable debt to America.

Now, when America is in the throes of social upheaval, a House of Commons committee has called for an end to the “special relationship” that has existed between the U.K. and the U.S.A. for seven decades.

No longer fearful of the Huns or the Russians, the Brits can have the temerity to thumb their noses in a westerly direction.

The House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee issued a report saying the UK should feel free to just say no to the United States and that ”there is a need to be less deferential” to their crass American cousins.

The ostensibly primary reason for this sudden attack of independence? The Iraq War.

Ever wonder what effect the disintegration of society’s moral fiber is having on kids?

I mean, how does the unremitting barrage of gay-themed tv shows, bed-hopping celebs trading partners and flaunting their baby bumps sans wedding rings, and movies, MTV videos, rap music verily bubbling with sex episodes influence young children?

This is hardly a revelation but that influence isn’t a good one and bodes ill for the physical, emotional, and psychological future of the next generation. Both teens and tweens are members of that generation.

For those who don’t keep up with such things, “tween” is a relatively new term in the sociological lexicon.

Generally, it designates kids aged 9-12 who haven’t quite made it to the mad, mad world of teenagery, yet, in their own minds, at least, are close enough and some are crazed enough to join in the antics of some of their older peers.

To date, no word has surfaced that tweens are into the dangerous worlds of sexting, although that too is possible for the more physically mature, less discreet types, as is the phenomenon of “rainbow parties.” For the terminally curious, that term is graphically defined by UrbanDictionary.com.

The trickle down effect of our super-infused sex culture has now reached kids as young as 11, as evidenced by the latest socially-rebellious tween fad.

Striving above all else to be cool, accepted, and “with it,” the in-crowd of tweenies is now sporting bling, multi-colored bracelets, to advertise their proclivities and what they agree to do sexually.

As one website, MomLogic.com, explains it, “For years, teens have been playing a game called Snap, in which boys try to break bracelets off girls. Different colored bracelets represent different sexual acts, which if broken, are supposed to be performed by the girls:” http://bit.ly/Bwl6L.

I’m guessing that playing the once daring game of Spin the Bottle is no longer a popular indoor sport among the tweenie set.

Over in England, where sex scandals are as common as tea and crumpets, it’s not too uncommon for 15 year olds to get pregnant and for 13 year olds to impregnate them, (remember Alfie?), the Brits are now permitting 12 year olds to choose their gender.

The presumptive heir to England’s throne, Bonnie Prince Charlie, set the standard for his future subjects when he professed an unquenchable desire some years back to be his paramour’s tampon.

They’re now allowing, if not encouraging, lads to become lassies and vice versa. . .

The De-Sexualization of Massachusetts’ Potties

Okay, I concede there’s a certain inequity in the availability of public bathroom facilities in America. That inequity and the pressing issue of gender-specific lavatories is being addressed by our federal, local and state governments.

To be totally frank, the public potty problem in America should be less an issue for governments than it is an issue for America’s fair sex.

Let’s be honest here. Guys use those potties almost as often as girls. But we tend to just do our business, hopefully wash and dry our hands, and then move on.

You ladies may have more “technical” challenges but you also tend to use bathroom breaks as an opportunity to gossip, apply make-up, and generally employ ladies’ rooms as venues for mini-social events.

Is it any wonder those ladies’ rooms have long lines, are backed up, (no pun intended), whereas the boys are usually back in their seats enjoying the game or show long before their dates or significant others?

Well, fear not, ladies! Equity is on the way, at least in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts which, with California out there on the Left Coast, invariably leads the way toward more liberality throughout our land.

The Bay State is definitely running with the potty ball, so to speak, outpacing the Golden State by far!

On July 14th, a hearing was held at the State House in Boston to consider a “transgender” law, aka the potty bill, which would permit people to choose which public bathrooms they would like to use regardless of their gender. . . .
