The Resurrection of "Nigger"
Five years ago, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and other leaders of the black community staged what had to have been one of the most fatuous exercises in the history of language: They “buried” the word “nigger.”
As with anything buried alive, the word has scratched and clawed its way to the surface once again proving that premature burial is usually not permanent or productive.
It was a selective internment anyway since most African-Americans never participated in the funeral and hip-hop “artists” never ceased using “nigger” as well as “bitch,” ”ho,” and other less-than flattering terminology toward women in their “art.”
At the 2007 ceremony in Detroit, Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick gravely intoned, “Today we’re not just burying the N-word, we’re taking it out of our spirit. We gather burying all the things that go with the N-word. We have to bury the ‘pimps’ and the ‘hos’ that go with it. Die N-word, and we don’t want to see you ’round here no more.”
Perhaps Kilpatrick wasn’t the ideal spokesman for the obsequies. He wasn’t exactly a role model either before or after he became Detroit’s mayor, what with a plethora of corruption, perjury, obstruction of justice, bribery, extortion, and fraud scandals and serving time in federal prison.
The first evidence that nigger was making a comeback fortunately didn’t happen on FOX News which would have been castigated by the left wing media had someone on FOX employed the term.
Last month, CNN special investigator Drew Griffin was reporting on an alleged hate crime in Mississippi and cited a cell phone call by one of the suspects: “At the end of this, Deryl Dedmon is laughing with his friends and actually called on a cell phone and, pardon my language but there’s no other way to say this–‘I just ran over that f—ing nigger.’ ”
Of course, there were myriad other ways of saying it but none had nearly the shock value of Griffin’s usage of a buried word.
Likewise, there were various other ways for Susan Candiotti, a CNN correspondent, to report on the recent Tulsa shootings than by quoting a Facebook entry by one of the accused on Easter Sunday: “And it reads like this: ‘Today is two years that my dad has been gone, shot by’–and please excuse the language, it’s very sensitive–‘Shot by a fucking nigger.’ “

Weeping, whooping Whoopi Goldberg, who doesn’t look even a little bit Jewish and who is virtually idolized by brainless Jews and non-Jews alike during her appearances on “The View,” often gets perturbed.
One would think a Neanderthal would retreat into a cave instead of going public.
A sad excuse for a woman, the Whoopster regularly articulates and reflects her stupidity on ABC’s “The View” and sometimes manages to out-do herself in her efforts at invoking baseless charges of racism at every opportunity, taking umbrage at the truth, and supporting Hollywood pedophiles because they are Hollywood pedophiles.
Goldberg was outraged earlier this year when more civilized African-Americans wisely overlooked her in citing black Oscar winners. She accused black film critics on the New York Times of racism in her omission, an odd accusation unless we consider the source.
She exhibited her ignorance last year when she stormed off “The View” set because she and Joyless Joy Behar disagreed with Bill O’Reilly who had the temerity to suggest Muslims were responsible for 9/11.
She demonstrated her reality-disconnect when she defended child rapist Roman Polanski in 2009 by saying his criminality ”was something else but I don’t believe it was rape-rape.”
Anymore than she could define reasons for her inclusion in the top tier of black Oscar winners or defend her antics with O’Reilly, Goldberg failed to precisely explain what a 45 year old drugging and raping a 13 year old could be called if not “rape-rape.” Consensual?

President The Donald?
President The Donald?
Just who is Donald John Trump, Sr., aka The Donald, aka obnoxious multi-millionaire television personality, aka a business-hotel magnate, aka a maggot to those who despise him? Trump is many things to many people but, right now, he’s an unannounced candidate for the Republican nomination for the presidency in 2012, which means he’s also a lib target.
He has as much chance of achieving the presidency as I do. Ok, maybe a somewhat better chance but not by much. On the other hand, he carries a helluva lot more baggage than I do, so who knows?
Born with a golden spoon in his mouth, compliments of his late father, Fred, the 65 year old Trump has had a chequred personal and financial life but it’s his fortune and political conservatism that will do him in, mainly with liberals who can’t stand the scent of either success or conservatives.
The Donald, as he likes to be called, has been sending out feelers to gauge the sentiment of the electorate and, true to form, his feelers aren’t your average feelers. Most recently, he’s been saying what he thinks about pirates and birth certificates. Also true to form, he doesn’t pull any punches.
We usually think Johnny Depp when we think of pirates. History buffs may think Thomas Jefferson and the Barbary Pirates Wars when Jefferson defeated the Muslims of North Africa on the high seas and on “the shores of Tripoli.” There’s more conflict in and near Tripoli today but Trump directed his attention a little south and west to Somali pirates preying on American and international shipping.
The Donald is blunt about it all: He would obliterate them.
As he said, “Give me one good admiral and a few ships, and I will wipe them out so fast. Can you believe that these guys are taking tankers that are a thousand feet long and cost hundreds of millions of dollars, and just taking them with rowboats? It’s hard to believe. One good admiral, that’s all I want.”
That’s all it would need. His frank addition to that resolve is what makes you love him: “It’s a total lack of respect for this country:” http://bit.ly/h540yV
Our current president seems to lack resolve when it comes to anything, least of all respect for our country.
Trump entered much more turbulent waters than the Indian Ocean when he dared sail into ABC’s ”The View,” where pirates are not an issue but where vicious sharks in the persons of Whoopi and Barbara Walters lay in wait. . .

Leftists-liberals-progressives are a spoiled bunch.
They’re not necessarily spoiled as in the old joke in which a young girl passes by a couple of old dudes and one says, “That’s my granddaughter” and the other asks, “Is she spoiled?” and the first old dude says, “Nah, she just smells that way” but leftists-liberals-progressives are nonetheless spoiled.
They may also smell bad but their chief issue nowadays is that they’re so accustomed to commoners and the mass media supplicating themselves on their altar that any real or assumed departure from that supplication is deemed insurrectionist.
Take Whoopi Goldberg. Personally, I’ll pass on taking Whoopi anywhere, anytime, and in any circumstances but, sad to say, the Whoopster is perturbed. She’s rather p*ssed that she was overlooked in an article by Manohla Dargis and A. O. Scott that cited several black Oscar winners over the last 71 years but which didn’t mention her.
What Goldberg didn’t factor into her complaint was that she may be a celebrity of sorts thanks to Hollywood affirmative actions which led to her starring role on “The View” but the bottom line is that she is still a vulgar, offensive, sad excuse for a woman, qualities she regularly exhibits on television.
However, before examining Whoopi’s poorly-disguised racist rant–against the New York Times, no less!–let’s review the record of black entertainers in America.
Back in 1996, black agitator Jesse Jackson decided that the entertainment industry was shortchanging African Americans, as I think they were known then, and compared their treatment to Jews in Nazi Germany. Graciously, he made no reference to gas chambers.
Jackson composed “An Open Letter to the Entertainment Community” to air his many grievances . . .

To hear Whoopi Goldberg and others on “The View” last year reacting to Ann Coulter’s presentation of copious facts and details that substantiate Coulter’s researched contention that 72% of black babies in America are being born to single, unwed mothers is to wonder whether Ol’ Whoop is operating in an alternate universe.
“The View’s” braindead studio audience erupted into applause whenever Whoopi mouthed equally-braindead responses such as, “Umm, not great research since we’ve seen this research discounted time and time again,” while never citing any sources for that discounting.
Goldberg took exception to Coulter’s assumed denigration of single mothers in part because Whoopi is one, as well as a proud, multiple-aborter of a number of her pre-born babies, although she didn’t bring that up. I’m tempted to say those aborted babies were better off in Whoopi’s case, but I won’t.
Coulter ripped not single mothers but the “exalting” of single motherhood by the MSM and Hollywood while allowing single fatherhood and the fathers who fathered all those born and aborted progeny to escape responsibility.
Under cross-examination by Goldberg, Coulter admitted she was neither married nor had she borne children–facts Whoopi knew as well as she knew, maybe, how many babies she had aborted–but Whoops concluded from that that Coulter didn’t know what she was talking about. . .
