Michael Jackson and Jerry Sandusky, Parallel Pedophiles
I don’t know or care who Jerry Sandusky’s lawyers are but they should either dump him as a client or he should ask them what he should be saying to the press, if anything.
From the point of view of a non-attorney, I would be aghast at a client accused of serial homosexual child-molestation over decades giving interviews to the media. Granted, the interviewers didn’t dare suggest Sandusky was a homosexual pedophile but, still, allowing him to admit to “liking” young children was tantamount to permitting him to concede he was a Michael Jacksonite with similar preferences.
As with Michael Jackson, Jerry Sandusky liked young boys, although the MSM played down that predilection in both instances, preferring in Jackson’s case to present him as a lover of everyone, in Sandusky’s case as paternally affectionate toward boys and girls. Despite Jackson’s universal love and Sandusky’s fatherliness, neither was ever accused of paying inappropriate attention to females.
In both instances, the mainstreamers were engaged in a cover-up of the truth, that the King of Pop and the PSU assistant coach were gay pedophiles. The chief differences between the two seems to be that Jackson was never indicted and had smarter lawyers–but dumb doctors.
The main similarities are that both were delusional.
To the end, Michael Jackson maintained his innocence of molesting young boys while admitting he slept with them and, in at least one instance, made one young boy rich by paying for his silence.
Even after his arrest on 40 counts of sexual abuse of 8 children over 15 years, Jerry Sandusky insisted his bizarre behavior was totally innocent and that his work on their behalf with his Second Mile Foundation was not grooming them as victims but benefitting them.
There are a number of remarkable parallels between Jackson’s and Sandusky’s delusions.
In Martin Bashir’s disturbing 2003 documentary, “Living With Michael Jackson,” the pop star proudly admitted to activities at his 3000 acre Neverland ranch that would shame normal people. “It’s what the whole world should do,” he told Bashir, among other things.
Jackson also said, ”I tuck them in and put a little like, er, music on and when it’s story time I read a book and we go to sleep with the fireplace on. I give them hot milk, you know. We have cookies. It’s very charming. It’s very sweet.” He asked Bashir, “Why can’t you share your bed? The most loving thing to do is to share your bed with someone.”
Sweet, if you’re the child’s parent. Loving, if the bed-sharer is a consenting adult.
One 12 year old boy said he asked Jackson if he could stay in his bedroom and Jackson replied, “Look, if you love me you’ll sleep in the bed.” Jackson believed children like to be touched and he would kill himself if he could not be close to young boys: “If there were no children on this earth, if someone announced all kids were dead, I would jump off the balcony immediately.”
In his defense, Jacksonphiles always bought into Michael’s persona as a man-child who saw nothing but innocence in his personal idiosyncrasies, a view that would absolve many pedophiles of any guilt whatsoever, even Jerry Sandusky. . .

Paterno vs Sandusky, Mistakes vs Predation
Paterno vs Sandusky, Mistakes vs Predation
The Penn State saga has been changing at a rapid clip since last Saturday when the PSU sex scandal broke but there’s been an odd morphing in media focus. MSM coverage became much more The Joe Paterno Story and its basis, Jerry Sandusky’s homosexual abuse of as many as 17 kids, has been all but lost in the shuffle.
Until Wednesday evening, there seemed to have been precious few people defending Joe Paterno so I thought I would.
However, following JoePa’s press release on Tuesday in which he expressed remorse for not having “done more,” taken more direct action in notifying police after he was initially told of alleged sex attack on a child by his defensive coordinator and indicated he would resign his position as head coach of the Nittany Lions, there was little to defend. Then the PSU Board of Trustees rendered that decision moot Wednesday evening by firing both Paterno and university president Graham Spanier.
Spanier will be no loss to Penn State. The effects of Paterno’s dismissal will be incalculable as will its root cause, Jerry Sandusky’s alleged, gross moral and ethical conduct over fifteen years.
Many people, far too many, take an inordinate delight in puncturing an icon, when a public figure is de-throned from a position of great prominence and reduced to the level of mere mortals. When that icon is a moral and ethical individual, which Mr. Joseph Vincent “Joe” Paterno was and still is, certain elements in our society are ecstatic.
Penn State University’s storied yet humble football coach would surely reject any suggestions that he was or ever should be ensconced on a throne or that he is immortal despite his outstanding record of achievements and his largely-unheralded list of contibutions to Penn State’s family of tens of thousands of students and hundreds of thousands of alumni.
I would have argued on his behalf and contended he should have stayed on at least until the end of the season because he’s not guilty of anything except perhaps being almost 85 years of age, 76 at the time he was advised of Sandusky’s actions. Paterno should have been allowed to retire on his own terms and to retain the honorable dignity he has always maintained both on and off the field but even icons have enemies.
The Bucks County grand jury exonerated him of any wrongdoing and commended him for immediately notifying Athletic Director Tim Curley of what he had been told. Curley and Gary Schultz, senior PSU VP for finance and business, were charged with a cover-up.
Nevertheless, the die had been cast and Paterno’s fate sealed when the Pennsylvania State Police Commisioner implied he was guilty of a lapse of “moral responsibility” by not contacting law enforcement officials directly and when he was accused of a greater interest in protecting the PSU “brand” than in protecting a child.
Both charges are reprehensible.
Correctly or incorrectly, Coach Paterno was following proper chain of command protocol in reporting to his higher up, Curley, and trusting the athletic director would fulfill his obligations. There is no basis to conclude he valued the safety of any brand over the safety of children, although there is merit in concluding he should have banished Sandusky from the campus, and especially from the shower rooms, until the matter was resolved even if they were still allegations.
The details of the retired defensive coach’s alleged serial sex crimes were initially widely publicized though they have been overshadowed by the mainstream media’s quick re-focusing on Paterno rather than on Sandusky. Apparently, destroying moral icons sells better than reporting yet another instance of homosexuals violating children. . .

Gay "Glee"
Gay "Glee"
Very little shocks me in our increasingly-bizarre, free-wheeling culture anymore.
Claims that the androgenous pop star Justin Bieber was statutorially raped and is suddenly a daddy at 18 don’t faze me since Justin probably lost his virginity years ago. Naked people publicly cavorting in New York City’s New Museum’s gigantic bathtub “art exhibit” don’t surprise me since, hey, it’s the Big Apple. San Francisco banning naked diners in restaurants since even liberals have a modicum of propriety and sense of revulsion at unsanitary conditions and obese exhibitionists.
I’m not even bothered when nitwits say outrageous things.
When Nancy Pelosi denies she has had plastic surgery and alleges President Barack Hussein Obama’s 2009 “Stimulus” saved the nation from a 15% unemployment rate as opposed to our currently obscene 9%, I pass it off as Botox side effects.
When DNC chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz criticizes a proposed human life amendment to our Constitution as “extreme and radical,” when the Obama administration opposes inscribing a prayer endorsed by Democrat icon FDR on Washington’s World War II Memorial, when the FLOTUS contends the POTUS’ successful nominations of two extremist women to SCOTUS enabled Americans to “love whomever we choose,” I may gag but I’m far from shocked because I’ve heard much worse from Democrats.
However, I draw the line at “Glee,” the popular, prime time teen-oriented musical-comedy-drama on Fox television. . . (Read more at http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=5911.)

Spider Man Encounters Affirmative Action
Spider Man Encounters Affirmative Action
It shouldn’t come as a big surprise since we already have an affirmative action president but that misguided social policy has now become a really major issue: Marvel Comics has killed off Peter Parker, aka Spider Man, and replaced him with another alliterated superhero, person of color Miles Morales.
The good news for Spidey fans is that Parker only dies in Marvel’s Ultimates series but lives on in its standard series so comic book aficionados can still enjoy his exploits in the latter. The bad news is inherent in the question, Why did Marvel feel it necessary to have the Green Goblin kill poor Parker in any series and supplant him with Morales?
The only rational explanation–if reason is applicable with comic books–is that Parker, who had evolved over the years from a bumbling teenager through various transformations to college kid, teacher, and neurotic freelance adult photographer, suffered from a significant, contemporary liability: He was white.
The Spider Man franchise had prospered from its sketchy 1990 days through 2003 and was the inspiration for a multitude of plays, toys, Tobey McGuire movies, and its ultimate achievement, the disastrous, accident-prone Broadway musical, “Spider Man: Turn Off the Dark.”
In short, Peter Parker was a big moneymaker for Marvel. Why else but a shortage of melanin call him a wrap and turn over his fame to melanin-rich Miles Morales?
CBS inadvertently comments on the ratonale without providing a social context: ”Miles Morales is a half-black, half-Hispanic super-powered teen who gets into the hero game after being inspired by Parker’s death.” Marvel writer Brian Michael Bendis elaborates with a few key observations: “He’s younger than Peter Parker, he’s coming from a completely different background, a completely different world view.”
Hmmm. Younger sells in our youth-oriented culture as do varied backgrounds in our increasingly diverse land and in those ways Miles makes sense. However, . . .

Boy Ron and Ronaldus Magnus
Boy Ron and Ronaldus Magnus
What does a gay, liberal, namesake son of a revered conservative American president do when he has nothing else to do? Why, rip his dead father, of course! And, since the son was an embarrassment to his father in life, why not also shame his mother after his father’s death?
Such is the sad excuse for a life Ronald Prescott Reagan, Ron Reagan, Jr. has been living for 52 years. Ok, he kept his mouth shut while his father, President Ronald Wilson Reagan, was still in office. After the conservative icon moved on to a well-deserved retirement at his Ranch del Cielo, Ron Jr. felt compelled to strike out on his own and make a life for himself. On the occasion of the centennial of his father’s birth, he felt further compelled to slander him.
Ron Jr.’s public life since his father’s retirement has been punctuated by his failed efforts as a danseur or ballerino or male ballerina, his vacuous efforts as a columnist with a name, his various stints as a failed talk show host, and by a job on the misbegotten and bankrupt Air America where he was lionized as an openly-gay offspring of a conservative president who held homosexuals in a similar esteem as he did most liberals, sort of a cross between Ellen Degeneres and Boy George.
During one of his Air America broadcasts, the witty Boy Ron quipped, “Limbaugh hasn’t had a natural erection since the Nixon Administration,” http://tiny.cc/xfe0n, a witticism that said far more about Boy Ron’s interest in erections than it did about Rush Limbaugh.
Boy Ron hit his current bottom, bottom referring to his general decadence and not a reference to Ron Jr.’s sexual proclivities, with the publication of his book, My Father at 100.
Amazon.com describes that tome as, “A moving memoir . . .

The Suicidal Leap of Tyler Clemente
The Suicidal Leap of Tyler Clemente
. . . Homosexual activists will no doubt use the death of Tyler Clemente to excoriate so-called homophobes for having caused his death. However, the proximate cause of Tyler’s suicide was his Rutgers’ dorm roommate, Dharun Ravi, and an accomplice, Molly Wei, grossly violating his privacy. They illicitly videotaped and posted to the internet Tyler’s two homosexual encounters at Rutgers within 3 days.
If blame need be assigned, Tyler Clemente would have to be blamed for taking his own life although, no matter the societal and family shame associated with homosexuality, Tyler had to have had other psychological issues to induce him to end his life at 18, issues of self-esteem, perhaps, that led him to a gay life.
As trite as it is, suicide is a needless, permanent solution for what is most often a temporary problem.
Again, if blame need be assigned, two medical groups could also be seen as responsible parties.
Until gay agitators began pressuring the American Psychiatric Association and the American Psychological Association in 1973 to cease describing homosexuality as a sickness, as “an abnormal mental disorder” and homosexuals as “sexual deviants,” that disorder was considered treatable. Once the two APA’s were intimidated into abandoning that long-standing diagnosis, a deviant disorder gradually and unfortunately morphed into a variation on the norm.
What was a politically motivated alteration of a medical diagnosis may have sated the demands of gay agitators and convinced untold numbers of gays that there was nothing wrong with them but did nothing to alleviate the evident anguish of people like Tyler Clemente. . .
