Race, Abortion, and Al Sharpton
A few weeks back, a New York City billboard depicting an innocent, young black girl and the caption, “The Most Dangerous Place for an African American Is in the Womb,” sent Al Sharpton and friends into racial spasms.
He threw around words such as offensive, condescending, racial profiling, stigmatizing, and shameful even though the billboard message was statistically true. Various studies have shown that 42%-60% of black babies in America are aborted annually but don’t confuse Sharpton with facts. He objected because it sought to ”discredit the work of Planned Parenthood” and “discourages a [black] woman’s right to choose:” http://bit.ly/h01UGV
As always, Al the Wordsmith was spot on.
The billboard was trying to discourage black girls and women from continuing to fulfill the black genocidal goals of the racist eugenecist Margaret Sanger, the founder and inspiration for Planned Parenthood. However, the billboard sponsor, ThatsAbortion.com, http://bit.ly/hlO4pC, doesn’t contribute to Sharpton’s various enterprises designed to keep Al from getting a real job.
Poor Al is liable to suffer more spasms over recent news.
Ariana Huffington’s HufPo’s less than objective headline, “Arizona Legislators Pass Paranoid Abortion Bill,” which bill in reality is simply aimed at preventing abortions based on the race or gender of the fetus, was rendered almost moot by an Associated Press report of even more widespread abortion paranoia. The AP reports that dozens of anti-abortion bills are advancing though state legislatures nationwide.
True to Sharpton form, the AP characterizes the measures as “an array of new obstacles–legal, financial and psychological–in the paths of women seeking abortions.”
The AP defines that array as “tactics” which vary and include the underhanded ploys on the parts of pro-life lawmakers to require “mandatory sonograms and anti-abortion counseling, sweeping limits on insurance coverage, bans on abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy:” http://apne.ws/gJH7X0.
Imagine! Those dastardly pro-lifers want women and girls, black and white, to actually see what they’re killing. They want someone to sit down and discuss the termination of the lives of their pre-borns. They want them to pay for the executions. They want them not to murder their fully-formed, often viable fetuses.
How barbaric of them!
Compounding Big Al’s consternation over aborting black babies is yet another report exposing his favorite abortion mills’ and Margaret Sanger’s commitment to exterminating the black race . . .

Facing Realities on Abortion and Climate
Let’s face it, reality often sucks and fantasy can be far more comfortable. Then, too, there is some painful solace in reality and nothing but long range hurt in disturbed fantasies.
Two instances of diksturbed fantasies confronted by painful realities:
FANTASY: “If we want to reduce the number of abortions and unintended pregnancies, we need to work as a community to make sure we get quality, affordable health care services to as many women and men as possible.”
REALITIES: Spoken by a concerned citizen interested in reducing the number of abortions in America? Not quite, just the opposite. Those are the words of Leola Reis, a spokeswoman for Planned Parenthood of Georgia who is shocked, I tell you at Georgia billboards “using messages of fear and shame to target women of color:” http://bit.ly/cnpmDh
And what are those messages of fear and shame? In brief, they are messages advising women in the Peach Tree State of the truth that abortion kills pre-born lives and, yes, those messages target “women of color” and with good reason: They abort at triple the rate of white women.
And what is Planned Parenthood? Simply the organization that commits more abortions by far than any other abortionists in the country, makes billions doing it, and is subsidized by the American taxpayer.
What else is Planned Parenthood? They deny this but it was founded by Margaret Sanger, an early twentieth century eugenicist and predecessor of Hitler and Mengele who sought ”racial purification” of the white race by wiping out both men and women of color: http://bit.ly/kaXQO

Oh, Brave New Babies!
Oh, Brave New Babies!
Aldous Huxley’s unintended prophecies in his darkly satirical novel, Brave New World, (1932), had one major flaw: He missed the mark by at least 531 years.
He described his new world as a “nightmare” in Brave New World Reisited twenty-six years later. He evidently knew whereof he spoke since by then he had become an aficionado of Timothy Leary’s favorite brand of euphoria, LSD.
Set in the year A.D. 2540 in England–632 A.F., (After [Henry] Ford)– Huxley’s vision of the future was characterized by a societal-condoned hedonism, unrestricted drug use, loveless sex, and universal “happiness” in a tightly-controlled structure designed and manipulated by an all-powerful yet benevolent government.
It was indeed a nightmare even if it was a drug-induced pleasant nightmare devoid of withdrawal symptoms or hangovers, a genetically-engineered Utopia where life began in test tubes.
Much like millions now pop a Valium when regrets or sadness threaten to overwhelm the psyche, Huxley’s New Worlders popped a soma and drifted off to a blissful neverland.
We still have a few years to go before reaching Huxley’s nightmarish eugenics, but a major step in that direction was recently taken in an American research lab.
A report published in the scientific journal Nature details “a cure for infertility [which] could help those left sterile by cancer treatment to have children who are biologically their own,” a boon for infertile males by coaxing “cells into becoming eggs and sperm.”
Another plus is that the research findings may postpone menopause.
Minuses include the fact that stem cells are used in the procedures which would probably involve even more destruction of embryos, that the practice of aborting unwanted babies would mushroom, and that homosexuals could seek out practioners who could grow their children.
Other bad news is that the test tube breakthrough by Stanford scientists accomplishes that cure by creating ”the possibility of children being born through entirely artificial means, and men and women being sidelined from the process of making babies.” . . .

OLD NEWS, BAD NEWS, GOOD NEWS
NEWS THAT JUST WON’T GO AWAY:
Back in the Really Ancient History Department, as in 1925, a guy named Adolphus Knopf and others of Margaret Sanger’s coterie, advocated the study and application of eugenics to foster the extermination and enforced sterilization of blacks in America. They also “spoke of purifying America’s human ‘breeding stock’ and purging America’s ‘bad strains.’ These ’strains’ included the ’shiftless, ignorant, and worthless class of antisocial whites of the South.’ ” (http://www.blackgenocide.org/sanger.html)
Lest one conclude that those ideas went the way of high button shoes and the Third Reich, be aware that it was that ilk that founded the ABCL, the American Birth Control League, forerunner of the PPFA, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
That repugnant organization is still very actively involved in effecting the precepts of the ABCL, especially the extermination of unwanted babies.

Bob Cesca of the HuffingtonPost.com is busy here with vainly attempting to prove a negative: “Obama Is Tainted by Crimes He Didn’t Commit,” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bob-cesca/obama-unfairly-tainted-by_b_150011.html.
Tongue firmly planted in cheek, he asks whether the Chicago Obamassiah was a co-conspirator with Chicago’s Mayor Daley the First or with Mrs. O’Leary’s cow, who didn’t really burn down Chicago. More than anything else, the wind in the Windy City did.
Sooner use the reductio ad absurdum defense than to confront the truth that nothing happens in or near Chicago that Daley II’s machine doesn’t approve. If Daley Junior and Obama Junior didn’t personally have a sitdown to discuss who would be awarded–dare we say, sold–Barack’s seat in the Senate then it’s certain that the sun rises in the west and sets over Chicago.
Is the President-elect complicit as sin?
That would depend on your definition of sin. If we leave that definition to Rahm Emanuel, we would have to conclude that an Obamassiah, just as Christ, is sinless so if any sins were committed, they would have to be Republican sins.
RENEGADE NEWS:
Next we have the last best hope of Republicans, a man who has all the answers and all the remedies for what ails the Republican Party in 2008. Colin Powell believes the cure starts with Republicans turning off Rush Limbaugh: http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2008/12/022329.php.

But Alma Powell says, “Colin, I’d be worried if you ran for president,” and a retired, 35 year and much-decorated army veteran, a battle-hardened general, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, says, “Fine, dear.”
Methinks something stinks.
Colin, like Eisenhower, had a friend in all the right places. Ike had Eleanor. Colin had and has Alma Powell to keep him safe all those years. And he presumes to lecture Republicans?

As for GWB’s “compassionate conservatism,” that was a joke from the outset and he proved it by spending like a drunken Democrat.
CHRISTMAS NON-NEWS:
A dinner companion brought up the pictures and statuettes we see this time of year showing Santa Claus, head bowed, kneeling beside the infant Christ Child and called it a stupid representation.
I had to object.
Kneeling before the Christ Child puts the secular Mr. Claus in his rightful place as subservient to the true reason for the season and in that vein I offer this apt website on “The Meaning of Christmas,” http://llerrah.com/truemeaningofchristmas.htm.
The site identifies the musical accompaniment as “The Joys of Christmas,” a beautiful piece with music, lyrics, and performance by Margi Harrell. No matter though. It’s the meaning of Christmas as explained in the text which is most important and worth the read.
