The Radicalism of Barack Hussein Obama
When Joe the Plumber asked Barack Obama, ”Your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn’t it?” the candidate responded with an off-the-cuff answer that rivaled his most infamous gaffes before or since.
It’s not that his response was the equivalent of his “57 states” or his “corpseman” goofs. In fact, it couldn’t be classified as a stupid gaffe at all. It was more a slip of the lip, an unrehearsed confession of his extremist socioeconomic philosophy which would have buried most candidates.
“It’s not that I want to punish your success,” Obama answered and added, ”I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance for success too. My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s gonna be good for everybody . . . I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”
Wealth re-distribution and class warfare in which the proletariat, the vast laboring majority, rebels against the bourgeosie, the small minority in control of the means of production, are central to Marxist theory. If that idea rings a bell, it’s because it is also central to the mini-revolution now plaguing the country, the Occupy Wall Street crowd and it’s not coincidental that the president fully supports OWS.
Of course, the claim by demonstrators that they represent the so-called 99% is simplistic since half of that number happen to be part owners of the means of America’s means of production by virtue of being investors in stocks, 401k and 403b plans, and other investment vehicles.
Logic is no more a feature of OWS than it is of Marxism today.
In The Roots of Obama’s Rage, Dinesh D’Souza dismisses the belief that Marxism-socialism is Obama’s principal inspiration and contends it is an anti-colonialist rage, a commitment to leveling the world’s playing field by ending America’s status of a superpower that motivates Obama.
D’Souza rightly feels that Obama inherited both his Marxism-socialism and anti-colonialism views from his father but there is little point in differentiating which is primary to the president’s thinking. Extended another four years, either is sufficient to ending the America as we know it today.

People Say the Darndest Things
People Say the Darndest Things
The late, great American television personality, Art Linkletter, used to say, “Kids say the darndest things,” which was a truism to anyone who has ever had children.
The kids Linkletter featured on his TV show did indeed say some of the most amazing, insightful, and cute darned things. Still, they rarely matched what some people say today, “things” which are sometimes insightful, sometimes threatening, but which hardly qualify as ”cute.”
“Cheers’ ” Cliff Claven, the obnoxious yet lovable postman who wasn’t much into delivering mail but who did know just about everything about everything else has moved on from the Boston tavern and recently said some darned interesting things concerning America’s future.
Among other observations, the real Cliff Claven, John Ratzenberger, now a social-activist advocate for getting skilled workers in America back to work, thinks that our aging, untrained workforce may soon result in dire consequences.
In Clavenish rhetoric, Ratzenberger contends that, “If we don’t come to grips with this problem and teach our kids marketable skills, we’re going to end up like the Roman Empire. When we run out of plumbers, or people who maintain the water system, from the reservoir to the faucet in your house, and there’s no one around to fix it, we become a Third World country. . . [where] You turn the light switch on, and it may or may not work.”
I don’t know Ratzenberger’s politics but politics are irrelevant in this case because he’s right.
A much less affable Anthony K. Jones, who adopted the name “Van Jones” because it sounded better, served a brief stint as President Barack Hussein Obama’s “green czar” despite having as many “greenie” or czarist credentials as I do, was forced to resign his czarship in 2009 when his black racist history was outed.
Among other features of that history were his reference to Republicans “a**holes” in a speech at Berkeley, his background as an admitted “rowdy [black] nationalist . . . [converted to] a communist,” his attack on suburban white kids as mass murderers, and cutting an anti-American, anti-Semitic recording with convicted cop-killer, Mumia abu-Jamal. Jones, Obama’s nominee for the position of Special Advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise, and Innovation, never exactly crawled back into the White House woodwork after being outed and has been ceaselessly spouting ever since following what would have be a humiliating rejection to normal people. . .

Mea Culpa, John Lennon?
There’s a report afoot that the first Beatle to die, John Winston Ono Lennon, Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, MBA division, was ”a closet Republican” who admired Ronald Reagan, didn’t care for Jimmy Carter, and by the time of his death was embarrassed over how politically naive he had been earlier in life.
If the report, based on a very authoritative source, Lennon’s last personal assistant, Fred Seaman, is true I would have to retract much of what I wrote in “John Lennon, Flawed Man in Life, Demigod in Death.” (http://bit.ly/kHAVTx)
I still can’t retract everything in that article. John Lennon was indeed a deeply-flawed human being and he was elevated to a grossly exaggerrated status of a virtual god-like figure following his fatal shooting by the deranged Mark David Chapman outside The Dakota on the fateful evening of December 8, 1980.
Lennon’s life was snuffed out at the tender age of 40 years.

Obama’s nominee for the position of Special Advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Anthony K. Jones, withdrew his name from consideration last year after calling Republicans “a**holes” in a speech at Berkeley and then having his racist, radical past outed.
However, as vermin tend to do, he has again crawled out from under the woodwork. A walking, talking testimonial to the patent absurdity and overtly racist policy of affirmative action, the black “green czar” wannabe is in the news again.
This time around he denounced the Tea Party and its threat to all things Obamian with his characteristic lies and distortions. ”If you think things are bad now,” he bellowed, ”what will happen when the people who are screaming and yelling at these Tea Party events are actually in charge of your government, and in charge of your life, and in charge of your kids’ future? . . . I don’t think you want the Tea Party running your community, running your family, running your government. . .
