9/11: Allies and Abusers

9/11 Allies and Abusers

Now that the dusty rhetoric has cleared from Ground Zero, the Pentagon, and Shanksville following the politicians’ commemorative politicking at those sites, following the families of relatives of the 2,977 victims of 9/11/2001 publicly and privately expressing their grief in expectations of to closing memories that defy closure, the rats are leaving their ratholes.

To be sure, not every nation ignored 9/11.

Parts of the world paid solemn tribute to America’s incalculable losses on that day and shared our anguish on the tenth anniversary of the darkest day in American history. One of the most stirring expressions of solidarity occurred in Paris where two forty-foot replicas of the Twin Towers were erected in the shadow of the Eifel Tower displaying in two languages France’s national sentiment, “The French Will Never Forget.”

However, far from everyone abroad and at home expressed that emotion. The vermin emerged.

In London, instead of joining hands with Americans on solemn occasions dedicating memorials to the dead of September 11th, 2001 Muslims in London chose to emulate their fellow Islamists who hatefully exulted in the attacks on the World Trade Center and Washington ten years ago by spreading more hatred, compliments of Islam.

Members of the “religion of peace” set fire to an American flag outside the American embassy and disrupted a moment of silence declared in observation of that moment when Muslims crashed a Boeing 767 into the North Tower of the WTC.

Not content with Britain’s indulgences for sharia nor with British tolerance for the presence of a people on their soil dedicated to eradicating all remnants of English and Western tradition and law, Islamic crazies chanted “US Terrorists!” and carried signs condemning America and criticizing the Crusades.

One jihadist summarized all feigned Muslim grievances by declaring, “You [Americans?] will always face suffering, you [Western imperialists?] will always face humiliation, unless you [all nations not interested in a worldwide Islamic caliphate?] withdraw your troops from Muslim lands.”

Left unmentioned is any reference to September 11th, to Islam’s bloody history, or to the fact the Crusades ended in 1291 A.D. even if Muslim vengeance lingers on and most malcontented Muslim nations are still mired in the thirteenth century.

The grandson of Jewish immigrants to America, Paul Krugman, is another malcontent. . .

Mayhem in Tucson I: Liberals Attack, Conservatives Pray

Mayhem in Tucson I: Liberals Attack, Conservatives Pray

Before the dust had settled in the Tucson, Arizona parking lot, the professional leftists were hard at work trying to pin responsibility for the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords on everyone from the Tea Party to Sarah Palan to defenders of the Second Amendment to anyone who even vaguely supported conservative principles.

Giffords was severely wounded by a pistol shot through the brain. U.S. District Court Judge John Roll and five others, including a 9 year old girl, Christina Taylor Green, were senselessly murdered and 12 others were injured in the mayhem, allegedly by 22 year old Jared Loughner.

Americans’ prayers should go out to the families of the dead and for the prompt recovery of the wounded, including Rep. Giffords who initially was believed to have died in the shootings and now seems to have a fighting chance to survive.

Leftists aren’t much into prayer or anything else positive and, as in the aftermath of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing which they ignorantly blamed on Rush Limbaugh, all but literally fell all over themselves to get, not to their knees but to their keyboards to launch anticipated but nevertheless despicable attacks.

An Arizona blogger on DailyKos.com had perhaps presciently commented on that notoriously liberal website two days earlier that his congresswoman, Giffords, was “dead to me.” Her crime? He had worked tirelessly for his “Gabby” in the past but she died to him because he discovered she must be a conservative Democrat since she had voted against Nancy Pelosi for House Minority Leader.

DailyKos quickly took down “BoyBlue’s” death notice following the shootings: http://tiny.cc/votv2

Leftists may not be into prayer but they’re expert at blind recrimination.

Highly acclaimed economist, Paul Krugman, long deceived, like Al Gore, into believing that if he gets a Nobel Prize he’s not still a nitwit, is the left wing’s star when it comes to cockeyed societal observations. He lived up to that rep even as the Tucson scene was still being cleaned up because, of course, he had it all figured out. . .

The Inexorability of Obamacare Death Panels

The Inexorability of Obamacare Death Panels

(The following are fabricated excerpts from a fabricated chat between a relative and an elderly grandmother which may soon closely resemble a conversation in many homes:)

“Hey, Grandma! How would you like to visit Doctor Jones? Just for a sitdown, unnerstand?”

“I understand but I feel fine.”

“Well, ya know, you’ve been sick in the past. Remember that gall bladder thing? And the breast cancer? And ya do have that pacemaker. And ya have been complaining about heartburn. And the ambulance had to come for you! Ya just never know about that stuff. Not to mention, Gram, well you’re 84!”

“I’m 83! And my gall bladder was removed, so, too, was the cancer, and I take Tums for my indigestion. I feel fine! You needed an ambulance when you got so drunk you fell down the cellar stairs! What’s all this about doctor sitdowns, anyway?”

“Grams, you’re 84, okay, 83 almost 84, don’t ya think it’s, well, time?”

“Time for what?”

“Umm, well, time to shuffle off to Buffalo, as they say, to umm, time you stopped sucking the med system dry? I mean, the gubmint says you’re hurting all the rest of us! Why not just die and get it over with?”

“Know what, Sonnyboy, I’m gonna outlive all of you so stick it in your ear! You out to kill me, or what?”

“Well, that’s sorta the plan, Gram.”

Call a sow’s ear a silk purse in-the-making, it’s still a sow’s ear. Calling detaching the male connector from the wall outlet is still pulling the plug.

Call a death panel a doctor sitdown or end of life care or an elder consult, it all means the same thing, the same thing for which Sarah Palin was mocked for even suggesting, the same thing the Obamians swore on all that was holy was not and would not ever be a feature of Obamacare, the same thing that was the hidden centerpiece of that monstrous 2000+ page legislation passed last year which no one read.

Death panels are here . . .
