It’s all over for President Barack Hussein Obama. Mark Madoff did it with a dog leash. Barack Obama did it with a picture.

As IOwntheWorld.com put it, “Sad O [that would be Obama, IOTW's less-than-affectionate sobriquet for the president] is sad to know that Bill Clinton’s definition of ‘triangulate’ means that he, Bill, and Hillary are now the 44th Presidents of the United States.” And all this while Barry thought “triangulation” just meant using 3 angles.

Barry has been triangulated, self-strangulated might also fit, not by the Clintons but by “Sad O” himself who virtually abdicated his office on Friday when he walked off the presidential stage during a presidential press briefing and turned it over to Bill Clinton. At first, in a GWB moment, Barry and Billy couldn’t open the locked door to West Wing briefing room but Chief Press Hack Robert Gibbs helped them out and the door was thrown open: http://yhoo.it/i79NYz

Boring Stimulus Facts that Will Change Our Lives

Ever get a big wad of unexpected cash fom somewhere? Were you conflicted as to what to do with it, whether to just go out and blow it, pay off bills, or save it for a rainy day?

The Obama administration had no such conflict, no doubts at all as to what to do with the $862 billion windfall it got its hands on as a result of the critically-needed 657 page stimulus bill last year, to which Democrats assigned the grandiose title of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Like any good drunken Democrat, they pissed it away.

The result has been no economic recovery, no “reinvestment,” (whatever that meant), and certainly no stimulus felt by the economy or the American people. Employment remains at an intolerable 9.5% a full 17 months after Obama’s stimulus package was passed by Obama’s Democrat congress and after the president promised that its passage would keep the unemployment rate at 8% or less.

One could say that we were snookered except for the fact that the snookering, as well as all the other Obamian boondoggles perpetrated on the American people, will not only affect us, the taxpayers. Our kids and grandkids will be paying off much of the tab into the next century.

And now Obama and his merry band of spendthrift Democrats want yet another “stimulus package” to piss away.

The inmates have clearly taken over the asylum.

Republicans, who also screwed up during the Bush years with their irrational exuberance for spending our and our kids’ and grandkids’ hard-earned bucks, have nothing to crow about but at least the deficits they built up during those years were believable if obscene. . .

Politicos are very adept at changing course, denying, and outright lying when it comes to the fine art of retraction. The technique may be described as clarification but always involves backpedaling, spinning, and/or reinterpreting what had been said or done earlier.

NASA. Space or Politics: NASA chief Charles Bolden caused a brouhaha last month when he re-defined the mission of our space agency by telling the Arab language newspaper, al Jazzera, that his “perhaps foremost” priority was outreach to the Muslim community thereby standing on its head NASA’s long-established mission of space exploration.

That mission seemed eminently reasonable considering that NASA is an acronym for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

White House head flack Robert Gibbs gently reminded Bolden that he was wrong, that he had misspoken and “That [reaching out to Muslims] was not his task and that’s not the task of NASA.”

However, Charles Bolden is not a dumb bunny and didn’t unilaterally take it upon himself to change the mission of his agency: He was directed to do so by none other than his boss, President Barack Hussein Obama, . . .

Sixth in a continuing series on former President George W. Bush and his responsibility for all of Obama’s gaffes, failures, and stupidity, for all the evils in the universe including tooth decay, hemorrhoids, and Iran, and for all that goes bump in the night.


Democrats are rattled! It’s true. It must be true since the New York Times says so and they always print all the news that fits, right?

The cause of this week’s rattlement is Senate Majority Leader Reid who bodaciously took it upon himself to whittle down a humongous, vote-buying jobs bill stuffed with pork down to an outrageous, vote-buying jobs bill stuffed with pork.

That’s Harry’s prerogative of course as the Senate’s head honcho but this is supposed to be one big, happy Democrat Party where all the elements and honchos, from Harry to Nancy Pelosi to the headiest honcho himself, Barack Hussein Obama, work together for the common good, no? Isn’t that why pols hold office?

In the widespread disarray permeating said party, it’s not working out that way.

“You gonna believe Obama or you just wanna believe yer lyin’ eyes, yer dumb brains an’ all that phony evidence out there? We sez it’s so, so it’s so, dammit. Case closed!

Using more diplomatic rhetoric and somewhat better English, thus spaketh chief White House flack-hack Robert Gibbs in response to queries concerning the furor over Climategate.

Mr. Gibbs, sorry to burst your bubble but your office and the presidency don’t confer upon you or Barack Obama the gift of infallibility or wisdom: The global warming game is up. The deceivers lost, truth won.

The long-running Climategate fiasco, the revelation that much of the scientific community has been distorting, exaggerating, out and out lying, and covering up the facts about climate change for their own vain and venal purposes, is over.

President Barack Hussein Transparency Obama,who had promised a “a new level of transparency” in public life is rapidly retreating to a new level of opaqueness within all of three days into his four year reign.

For those maleducated in American public schools, the word “transparency” in a political context means clarity, openness, honesty, candidness, and visibility as opposed to deceit, artfulness, concealment, secrecy, and opaqueness.

Why anyone would expect Obama to follow through on a pledge of transparency when his entire campaign, from questionable fund raising to his smarmy associations was cloaked in subterfuge and deception is beyond me but a majority of voters still bought into his baloney and voted for the guy.

Go figure but the baloney won’t last the test of time until 2012.

You can take a politician out of Chicago but you can’t take the seamy world of Chicago intrigue and crime out of the politician. Of all Obama’s camp followers, the mainstream media, the MSM, is the first that’s quickly coming to realize that the man is not what he seemed. More precisely, the man is all that he seemed to objective critics, though not to his media lapdogs and therein lay the shocker to them. That media, which never bothered to vet him or insist he serve some meat with his political pap, may be coming to realize he is the ultimate charlatan.

BHM may have been able to fool a press more than willing to be fooled but when he starts messing with their bread and butter, accessibility, the White House Press Corps tends to get downright ornery.

And he has begun messing with that accessibility.

That should have been a tipoff but the MSM never ran with it. Lapdogs by definition don’t run with much.

Media-types are somewhat less than pleased when they feel shut out. White House media-types can become all but rabid but instead of frothing in public, they tend to politely vent and save their foamy mouths for more intimate venues and circumstances, such as over a martini at The Reliable Source Bar at the National Press Club in D.C.
